Welcome to the 2024-2025 school year! At Nelson, we are committed to helping all of our students achieve success without boundaries through a caring, ambitious, and responsive approach to teaching and learning. Working together, I am confident that this school year will once again bring happiness and lifelong learning for every student. 

I value your thoughts and ideas on how we can best serve you, your children, and the Nelson community. Please feel free to contact me with any feedback you'd like to share. Our partnership is very important to the success of our students and the school.

About Assistant Principal Ezzat

Ms. Ezzat joined Nelson in 2022.  Previously, she served with Baltimore City Public Schools, where she has worked as a classroom teacher, Instructional Coach, and Assistant Principal.

After earning her B.A. in communications/social influence from the University of Maryland, Ezzat attended Johns Hopkins University, where she received her M.S. in education administration and supervision.
